Course further information

Knowledge and methodological competences in project management are of fundamental importance in many areas such as science, industry and administration. However, in many organisations, institutions and companies there is a need for action in the selection and implementation of suitable strategies.

The interactive nature of the seminar serves to pool your knowledge and experience in project management with that of other researchers. In particular, you will take a closer look at important steps at the start of a project. You can use digital planning tools as examples to deepen your knowledge. The aim is to critically analyse your current project planning methods and adapt them to the challenges of the future.
