Basic knowledge in Business Administration is essential in today’s world. Even non-economists, and executives in particular, are required to possess basic economic skills. Managing projects, for example, besides technical knowledge, requires expertise in planning, human resources management and organization, accounting, controlling and finance, among others. What are the fundamentals of economic behavior? Which notions, concepts, and instruments are essential to economic success?

This introductory course provides an overview of core concepts in business administration. It covers topics such as fundamentals of management, leadership, accounting and finance.

Due to lively demand, we off er this workshop twice in German
(02.-03.04.2019 and 25.-26.09.2019) and once in English (22.-24.07.2019). Please note that registration is only possible for one of the workshops.
