Course further information

The topics of "research security" and "dual use" are becoming increasingly important in international scientific cooperation: With which institutions, companies and persons may I cooperate without violating embargoes and sanctions? How do I protect my research results from misuse? What should I bear in mind when hiring international staff for my project? What ethical responsibility do I have as a project leader with regard to research security? What developments in science policy can be expected in the coming years?

The course is aimed at professors and postdocs at the University of Jena who are planning or involved in international collaborations, as well as project leaders who would like to employ people from abroad in their externally funded projects.

The course can be held in German or English. At the end of the registration period you will be asked about your language preference.
