Qualifications Portal of the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena

To work successfully in culturally mixed teams, employees need to be familiar with cultural standards. In this seminar we will discuss the typical German way of working, reflect why things are done in a certain way and learn about the advantages of these cultural standards. Participants are introduced to cultural dimensions in Germany and reflect situations they experienced. That way the workshop raises awareness of potential conflict situations and improves general intercultural skills.
