Thuringian consultation hour for research data and software

You bring your software and data projects and we help you to work on them; whether it is a short script or an elaborate application, a set of interviews or experimental measurements.
On Feburary 2nd 2024, from 9am till 1pm, we hold a open online consulting session for Thuringian researchers. During the session experts from the Competence Center Digital Research (zedif) and a data steward from the Thuringian Competence Network for Research Data Management (TKFDM) will provide consultation services for your research data and software projects.
To be able to properly participate in this event, you should bring a task that you want to work on. For example:
- Your software project’s structure becomes confusing and you need some pointers on how to improve it.
- You are looking for information on how and where to publish your research data.
- Your software runs slower than expected and you are looking for ideas on how to improve it.
- You want to know what services and infrastructure Thuringian universities provide to realize research data management according to good scientific practices.
We offer consultations in German as well as English language.
We will send out a link to the video conference shortly before the event.
