Change Management
courseFurtherInformation
Change is an integral part of academic life – whether through new projects, the restructuring of teams, or transitions into new roles. Change management goes beyond the technocratic aspects of planning and implementing clearly defined goals. It also addresses the dynamics and challenges that arise when individuals and organizations undergo change.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to a range of models and concepts of change management and use them to analyze current or past change processes in your own work context. A second focus lies on “people in change”: What typical reactions and behavioral strategies can occur, and how can they be addressed constructively?
By the end of the workshop, you will develop next steps to successfully shape and navigate change within your academic work.
Benefits oft he cours:
You will gain a deeper understanding of change processes, increase your confidence in dealing with resistance, and learn practical approaches to actively shape change in your own professional environment.
