The course provides an introduction to meta-analysis and its basic forms. Focus will be placed on systematic literature search and statistical models commonly used in meta-analysis.
The course addresses researchers considering doing a meta-analysis and who are willing to get acquainted with the method. Basic knowledge of R and statistics is required.
Participants will learn how to conduct systematic reviews and familiarize with common R tools for meta-analysis. In addition, major controversies and criticisms will be discussed.
