Course further information

This course is aimed at young researchers who are in charge of research projects and teams. In addition, the content of the workshop will also be relevant for a career outside academia.

The focus will be on interactive exercises to help you learn more about yourself and your individual leadership competences, as well as to initiate a discussion about a "leading" or "managed" position. Case studies will also allow you to benefit from the experiences of other participants.

You will reflect on leadership tasks and the competences that are helpful for this and learn about different leadership styles and their areas of application. The aim is to strengthen and further develop your own attitude to leadership and the associated responsibilities.

There are no minimum requirements for participation in this course, as everyone has experience of "leadership" and anyone can be a leader tomorrow.
